Sketchbook

I have been trying to get over my fear, block, hesitancy, or whatever it is of drawing people. Lately, each evening that I get to sit and watch TV I've been sketching. This is one that I did last night. The face was from a jewelry advertisement. When I finished the face, I thought she looked middle eastern so I gave her a paisley head covering. I think I will name her Esther.

VERY nice!
Sherry, I LOVE your charms!

WOW!
They are so pretty!
Where did you find the ADORABLE frames? (If it is not a secret, I would be happy to know!)

I was also hoping that you have some time to assemble a mini book like the one you sent for the book charm swap. I would like to ask if you can make another one, and I will pay you for it.
I had to swap them all out, and I regret not having one now.
If you can, I would be happy!!!
Let me know!

The face you drew is great and the head scarf is wonderful!
She looks Armenian!
You are so talented!

Hi Amber,
I'm glad you like the charms. The frames are from Hobby Lobby and are called bead frames. They have holes in the sides so I guess they are meant to be strung together.
I'll check and see if I still have the art for that book. I may have deleted it, but I'm sure I can come up with something.

LOve it! It's a very beautiful and inviting drawing, I love the softness and the details. It's clever who you did it on two full pages, it looks neat.
